We want to ensure that you receive the products you need. Should you wish to make a return:

• Standard Inventory Items: Full credit allowed for items returned in good condition to South Portland, Maine as determined by W.H. Shurtleff Company.
  
• Special order or Non-Stock Items:
  We may be able to accept a return of goods, subject to a restocking charge and subject to our vendor agreeing to the return. All freight will be charged to the customers account.
  
• Special Order Materials:
  In the event we cannot accept a returned item, we will make every effort to assist you in finding an appropriate means of recovering your investment.
